Healthy & Balanced Living Personal Program

This personal program is an intensive 3 to 6 month experience designed to transform your life. Together, we will: 

  • Connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be

  • Create your personal blueprint

  • Decipher your body's unique needs

  • Set your persoal goals and work towards sustainable change. 

 

The progam INCLUDES the following:

  • 1:1 coaching sessions 

  • Two, 50 min sessions (in-person* or virtual**) per month, discussion of your progress, recommendations, and support

  • Email support between sessions

  • Resources (handouts, recipes, subscriptions) specific to needs and goals.

This Gut-Health Program is a three month experience designed to heal your gut, identify your nutritional triggers, and empower you to advocate for your best life! Together, we will: 

  • Learn more about your autoimmune disorder and its connection with your gut-health, emotions, and stress

  • Examine your current nutrition, stressers, and lifestyle

  • Work through an elimination process to identify your unique triggers

  • Decipher your body's unique needs

  • Create your personal blueprint
