This personal program is an intensive 3 to 6 month experience designed to transform your life. Together, we will:

Two, 50 min sessions (in-person* or virtual**) per month, discussion of your progress, recommendations, and support

The Autoimmune and Pre-Diabetes Management and Gut Health Program is a three month experience designed to heal your body, starting with your gut, identify your nutritional triggers, and empower you to advocate for your best life! Together, we will:
